It is our primary desire to provide you with a splendid gala befitting a princess. Making memories you will cherish for a lifetime is our specialty. We will stop at nothing to exceed your expectations.
I would like to address some frequently asked questions and give you an idea about what to expect at your party.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Modesty is important to us and we will pay close attention to the comfort of your child when changing into gowns. We have a private changing room with a hostess to assist changing into the gowns. Your child may opt to wear a leotard or swim suit under her clothes, but standard undergarments are fine. The changing process is very quick.
Q: May parents enter the changing area?
A: Absolutely. Your comfort is also important. However, once your child is changed we ask that you join the other parents in the parlor so that your daughter’s debut is a surprise and for the privacy of the other children.
Q: What about pictures?
A: It was our intention to create an experience where parents only have to show up, relax and enjoy. To do this we searched for a photographer who will provide photos that meet our quality standards. To secure this talented photographer, we had to agree that no outside cameras be allowed. Artists consider poses to be proprietary and we support him in protecting his craft. Please be sure your guests are aware of this request. The photographer will also be taking candid photos of: dress up, opening presents, blowing out candles, and special moments with friends. These photos will be available in singles and packaged prices, and they will be available to take home after the party.
Q: Will the party hostesses expect a tip?
A: You will receive extraordinary service without the expectation of tips. However, if you are so moved, your hostess team will graciously appreciate your kindness. The tip will be distributed among all of the hostesses who tended to your party.
Q: What about guest attendance?
A: Our celebrations are one-price and all-inclusive regardless of the number of children who attend. The maximum number of guests is 9. If an extra, unexpected guest appears unplanned, it may lead to an embarrassing situation as there will not be enough chairs at the table. Please take great care in preparing your guest list. Parents are invited to stay and enjoy the event.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. All invitations will be provided at time of booking, room reservations will be made, refreshments and flowers ordered and staff scheduled. Therefore, if it is more than 3 weeks before your scheduled party, we will work with you to choose another date with a $100 fee for reprinting stationery. Cancellations will be refunded minus 50%, up to 3 weeks prior to the party date. Cancellations made within three weeks of the party will not receive a refund.
Q: What about boys?
A: We provide dress up items for boy guests when you let us know boys will be attending a party.
Q: Is you location wheelchair accessible?
A: No, this location is not and we regret any inconvenience they may pose.
